A Grand Tour of Greensboro's Central Boulevard
Join us on May 9th, 2026 for 4th Annual Elm Street Athletic Festival! The race starts & finishes on Historic Elm Street in Downtown Greensboro and provides a grand tour of Greensboro's central boulevard and surrounding neighborhoods. Elm Street Athletic Festival offers a 10 mile, 5K, 1 Mile Youth Run, and 1 Mile Survivors, Healers and Heroes Walk for brain tumor patients, their families, friends, caretakers, as well as those who will walk in remembrance of a loved one.
In 2025 the Elm Street Athletic Festival proudly supported the brain cancer patients by raising over $5,000 for the Brain Tumor Network and Aware Coaching. BTN supports patients by providing critical resources for patients and families and helps them navigate their health care process. Aware Coaching helps brain cancer survivors regain strength and confidence through movement. Every step you take on Elm Street helps makes a difference in the fight against brain cancer
