Get ready for the Elm Street Athletic Festival with a unique blend of fitness and local culture! The Elm Street Art Run is a casual 2.2-mile fun run and walk designed to celebrate the vibrant art scene that lines our race course.
Whether you’re training for the 10-miler or just looking for a morning stroll with the family, this event is the perfect way to get moving. We will stop at six local art installations on and around the festival route. Participants are encouraged to pause, admire the work, and snap photos with the art along the way!
Post-Run Social & Sign Making
The fun doesn't end at the finish line. After the run, join your fellow participants on the patio at Natty Greene’s for snacks and hydration.
While you refuel, help us gear up for the big day! We’ll have art supplies and blank signs ready for you to create your own motivational masterpieces. These signs will be placed along the official race course on May 9 to cheer on our runners as they tackle the Elm Street Athletic Festival.

Our friends from On will be on-site with a fleet of demo shoes! Experience the "running on clouds" sensation for yourself during the art run, and discounts from Fleet Feet to purchase any of the demo shoes.
