Do kids need to register?
Children 12 and under run free with a registered parent/guardian in the 5K/10K. Ages 13+ must register. There’s no age limit to participate!

Can I bring a stroller or dog?
Yes! Jogging strollers are welcome—please start at the back. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed at all times.

Is race day registration available?
Yes, until the race starts. We recommend arriving 30–60 minutes early. Race day registration opens at 8:00 AM, Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at the Registration Table in front of the Student Center (quad).

When is packet pickup?

• Friday, Sept. 19, 2025: 5:00–7:00 PM in Claver Hall (next to Lot 4)

• Race day, Sept. 20, 2025: starting at 8:00 AM at the Registration Table
  T-shirt sizes guaranteed only for registrations received by Sept. 10, 2025.

Is there a team discount?
Yes!

• 5+ members: 10% off

• 10+ members: 15% off
  Discounts do not apply to virtual runners.

How does the virtual race work?

• Register by Sept. 20, 2025 and complete your run between Sept. 20–27, 2025
• All virtual races must be submitted by September 27th.
• Please send us pictures with captions of the completion of your 5k/10k to our social media links or email(links below)! We would love to see your accomplishments as well as share them with other runners!

What’s the refund policy?
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration insurance is available at checkout for added protection.

What’s the race route?
The race begins at Regis University. Volunteers, cones, and arrows will guide the route.

• 5K: Turnaround at the second pond after the 1-mile marker

• 10K: Turnaround at Nolan Street
  Water stations will be located at turnaround points.

Where do I park?
Free parking in Regis Lots. For specific questions, the Office of Parking and Transportation Services can be reached at ruparking@regis.edu or (303) 458-4391. Street parking is subject to local and state regulations enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

What about safety guidelines?
We follow CDC and local government guidelines. Please check the website before race day for the latest updates.

Note: T-shirt–only registrations are not eligible for insurance.

Premium Rates (U.S.)

• $2.99 for registrations up to $24.99

• $3.99 for registrations $25.00–$49.23

• 8.1% of registration fee for amounts above $49.23

• Plus applicable state taxes and fees
