PAPERWORK:  
All athletes must complete the required physical and athletic clearance forms online and pay the athletic insurance/try-out fee before they may participate in any summer conditioning or practices.  Everything must be done online this year. When doing your online athletic clearance, be sure to put all the sports you might do the entire school year.
Uniforms will only be issued to those who are eligible which means completed physical, athletic clearance online, and paid athletic insurance.

FREE PHYSICAL DAY:

We encourage everyone to attend free physical day at LRHS on Saturday, June 3, 2023. A parent must accompany the student-athlete. Fall sports are the first time slot of the day so to decrease your wait time, please arrive by 7:45 a.m. to be the first in line. If you do not attend free physical day, then please schedule your own physical to be completed the same week, so that you are eligible to participate in summer conditioning.
