Fundraisers

OUR FUNDRAISERS INCLUDE:

  • Chipotle - Wednesday, October 4, 2023 @ Chipotle, 11715 SR 70 E, Lakewood Ranch, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We do not set up a table here, but we need to heavily promote it with the flyer both digitally and paper copies prior to the event so that everyone brings the flyer with them to order on the day. Online ordering details will be available soon.
  • Email Campaign - instead of using Snap! Raise again where we only get to keep 80% of the money we raise, we are doing our own email campaign using our free website. Please submit your 20 emails to Coach Rae Ann by no later than August 4, 2023 and we will send out the donation request emails. This year we get to keep 100% of the money we raise. The emails can be for family, friends, co-workers, or businesses who might be interested in donating.
  • Team Sponsor - please see PDF at the bottom of this page for the team sponsorship details to share with local businesses, family, friends, co-workers, etc.
  • Player Pack / Team Fee - pay online in our store. Only $100 per family this year UNLESS you do not participate in the other fundraisers like the car wash, online auction, etc. then it will be $400. Each team member is asked to pay the team fee and do one of the other options: email campaign or sponsor or donation.
  • Donations - may be made anytime here on our website. Have a business interested in being displayed on our Team Supporters page?
  • ??? - your ideas are welcome and encouraged!!!

We need everyone on the team to pay the team fee and then do one additional fundraiser so we have full team participation and the opportunity to raise all the money we need to make our season a success. Fundraisers are how we pay for our meet entry fees, post season awards, team gear that you keep, new uniforms, transportation, etc. It is preferred that you pay it online here since it is quicker and easier and you'll automatically receive a receipt but you may also give your cash or check payable to LRHS Cross Country to Coach Rae Ann or Coach Z.  If paying by check, please make sure there is a parent phone number on the top of the check and full student name on memo line. Player pack/team fee is $100 per family if you participate in the fundraisers listed above or $400 per family if you do not participate in the fundraisers. This fee will include gear for the athlete for the season, including items like team shirts, hoodies, bags, socks, etc. (subject to availability). Please note that all donations, fees, and sponsorships are just that, donations to the team, so they are tax deductible and non-refundable. Thank you for your support!
