Volunteers will assist with Packet Pick up and Same Day Registrations. Volunteers may assist in Food and Beverage distribution to participants. Volunteers may assist with handing out finish line medals.

Volunteer check in at 7:30AM in Curtis Reed Square.
Volunteers are needed at their designated intersection from 815AM until last participant passes their location, which will vary depending on location. Volunteer would support race at low traffic intersections, stopping vehicle traffic and assuring race participants are safe while directing participants along the course. Safety vests and flags will be provided by Menasha Parks and Rec.

Water Station Support Medium Priority

Details

Volunteers working the water station will hand out water to runners and walkers as they pass. Volunteers are needed from 8:00AM- 9:30AM. Volunteers will fill, hand out and clean up cups at the water stop at the corner of Nicolet Blvd and Willow Ln. on Doty Island. Volunteers must check in with Water Station Lead (Menasha Rec Staff) by 8AM. Please park along the south side of Nicolet Blvd as the north side is marked temporary no parking for the event.
