Set Up / Tear Down High Priority

2:00 pm EDT - 3:00 pm EDT (At least 1 more needed)

All volunteers helping with set-up should meet at West End Center for Youth at 6:45 AM on race day.

8:30 am EDT - 12:00 pm EDT (At least 1 more needed)

Ensure participants stay on course and offer support at key points. Costumes and noise makers welcomed and encouraged!

Volunteer Check-In:
All volunteers should meet at 7:45 AM at Wasena Park on race day for a brief huddle to review assignments and locations.

8:30 am EDT - 12:00 pm EDT (Minimum met, 2 spots remaining)

Distribute water and refreshments to participants along the route. Costumes and noise makers welcomed and encouraged!

Volunteer Check-In:

Hand out race packets (shirt, bib, swag) to PRE-REGISTERED participants and keep things running smoothly.
