Details
Duties:
Assist staff with setting up tables, tents, and signage
Place course directional markers, cones, and barricades (in coordination with staff or police if needed)
Unload supplies (water, t-shirts, snacks, etc.)
Help set up registration and check-in station
Prepare water station and finish area before participants arrive
Notes:
Volunteers should be comfortable lifting light to medium-weight items
Some may be reassigned to other roles (like finish line or clean-up) once set-up is complete
