We need one person with a truck to help transport race gear early on Saturday morning to the two water stops on the course. A car is not large enough and will get wet.

Race Tear-Down/Clean-Up

Help breaking down the race gear and transporting back to storage after the race is over. 10:30am-12:430pm

Help with directing runners and vehicles on Race Day, 6/6/26. Meet at corner of S Liberty St and Orange St at 6:30am.

Event Set-Up

Help set up tables, tents, cones, and more at the Start area on race morning. These volunteers should be finished with their duties by 7:15am or so.

Aid Station #1/#3 - Corner of Sunset Dr and Old Toll Road

Details

Manage the Aid Station (Aid Station #1 and #3) at the corner of Sunset Drive and Old Toll Road. This includes Aid Station setup and cleanup. All the supplies/gear/water for your station will have already been dropped off at the location of the aid station before you arrive.
AFTER the "sweep" has came by and notified you that there are no more runners, please break down your station and make a neat pile where you found it. We will be driving by to pick up the gear.

Meet at corner of Sunset Drive and Old Toll Road at 7:30am.

Aid Station #2 - Top of Patton Mountain Rd

Manage the Aid Station (Aid Station #2) at the top of Patton Mountain Road. This includes Aid Station setup and cleanup. All the supplies/gear/water for your station will have already been dropped off at the location of the aid station before you arrive.

Food/Drink Tents

Friday Packet Pick Up

Help with packet pickup on Friday afternoon, 6/5/26. Meet at Jus' Running at 1:30pm.

Course Sweep Helper

Details

This person will help our course sweeper drive the course towards the end of the race and collect course signage and water stop supplies like water jugs and tables.

Meet at the registration tent/table at 55 Orange St at 9:00am and ask for Luke.
