Help maintain aid station table (water, gatorade, snacks) and collect bibs and chips. Help manage compost, recycling and garbage. Congratulate participants! This is an outside job. Please dress appropriately for weather conditions.

Details

Monitor critical locations on the course. Help keep participants safe and cheer them on. This is an outside job. Please dress appropriately for the conditions.

Technique Control

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Monitor classic technique control zones. Should be familiar technique rules. On course for the classic races (Classic 5K and in classic sprint relays years). Can return to stadium in between.

Relay Zone Management

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist in managing and controlling fair and legal exchanges in the relay zone.

Medical Team

Details

Provide medical assistance on the course and start/finish areas. Medical volunteers are approved and scheduled by the Loppet Medical Director. A range of medical training and backgrounds are acceptable and helpful including MD, RN, EMT, AT, Residents and ski/bike patrols. Please answer the medical question during volunteer signup.

Details

Announce finishers as they cross the line, provide instruction to participants in the stadium, sponsor statements. Staff will prepare script and notes. Experience and comfort on a microphone and audio equipment is a plus.
