Details

Our most important role. Volunteers will meet be timing our event with Pickle Event. You will meet directly with Brad Pickle at the timing van parked near the finish line and Brad will be teaching you your role and teaching you your direct task. Please be on time and prepared to be adaptable.

Set Up Friday Night Registration Table High Priority

This will be setting up the Pavilion for the Registration Table and then staying to help at the registration table to hand out race packets to racers. Racers and packets will be organized by last name. We will also have a fuel/swag table to work as well and need on volunteer to body mark racers picking up packets.

Details

We have 2 designated parking areas and will station a volunteer at each lot to direct and organize racers and guests. In addition we need 2 volunteers station at key location to direct traffic to the designated parking and keep them clear of the race course.

Location

Please park at the Brophy Park Pavilion, this will allow you to leave while the race is still going on once your shift is done.
