Setting up the outdoor area with warming tents, firepits.

Big Bay Pathway trail head

9:30 am EST - 1:00 pm EST (At least 1 more needed)

Volunteers will be checking in and registering participants. Collecting entry donations.

Thunder Bay Inn lobby

10:30 am EST - 1:30 pm EST (Minimum met)

Volunteers will be present at the fire pits , tending the fires. Helping to set up and serve hotdogs to participants.

Big Bay Pathway trailhead

3:00 pm EST - 4:00 pm EST (At least 1 more needed)

Volunteerw will be responsible ofor the tent take down and removal. putting out fires. Cleaning up the hotdogs and tables after the event.

BIg Bay Pathway trailhead

2:00 pm EST - 3:00 pm EST (At least 2 more needed)

Volunteer is the last person to go out onto the trail to make sure that all participants have safely finished the event. Skier prefered.
