Race Day Packet Pick-up and BIB/shirt distribution are the most important job.
The morning-of at 5:30 am set up.
Organizing the bibs and handing out the t-shirts.
YOU NEED to:
Greet runners, ask them to show you there QR Code and use the Check-in APP to verify ( if you are the check-in person), may need to ask them what their name is, then give them the next bib, when handing bibs out (Double Check name, age & gender. (Double check)
Tell the shirt station the size.
You will hands them their t-shirt. This station is recommended to have the different sizes stacked up separately for quick access. Check-in app person will give you the shirt sizes.
