A: Absolutely! We love group volunteers! Honor societies, corporate teams, schools, churches, and other organizations are more than welcome to join us.
If your group has 10 or more people, please email volunteer@bodiesrc.com in advance so we can coordinate your roles, arrival times, and keep your group together as much as possible. We'll work with you to make the experience smooth, fun, and meaningful for your team!
PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
A: Yes! We have a Nonprofit Partnership Program designed to support and uplift 501(c)(3) organizations that align with our values of fun, family, and community.
We’ve partnered with amazing organizations like Girls on the Run, Ronald McDonald House, The Other Side Academy, our national partner, Rosedale International, and more!
If your nonprofit is interested in collaborating with us—please reach out to volunteer@bodiesrc.com. We’d love to work together!
A: We offer a Volunteer & Market Program for businesses looking to support their community and gain race-day exposure. If your business provides at least two volunteers (more are encouraged) for race day, you'll become eligible for a sponsorship package that may include space at the finish line, promotional opportunities, and more.
It's a great way to give back, engage your team, and get your brand in front of active local audiences. For more details, please contact support@bodiesrc.com
