We don't issue refunds, but please read the fine print...

Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original event date. We will not issue refunds if cancellation is due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, inclement weather, flooding, or wildlife concerns. We will issue deferrals for events canceled due to natural disasters. We will not issue refunds to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. We will not mail or hold race "swag" for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. We will not issue refunds to participants who transfer to other events. We understand that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community. Therefore, we will allow injured runners to defer their registration to a different race or event, to the following year, or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot offer refunds to injured runners.

We will not issue refunds for poor trail conditions.

Please do not ask for a refund unless we cancel and do not reschedule the event.
