A Beloved Holland Tradition to Kick Off St. Patrick’s Day Weekend
The Holland Leprechaun Chase 5K is celebrating its 10th year as one of our community’s favorite spring races. Founded and traditionally hosted by the Holland Running Club, this race has always been about bringing people together for a fun, festive, and family-friendly morning in downtown Holland.

This year, the race continues that tradition with a fast, scenic course that starts and finishes at Centennial Park, plenty of cheering along the route, and a lively finish-line celebration to start St. Patrick’s Day weekend the right way.

Whether you’re running for a personal best, jogging with friends, or walking with family, this race is built for all ages and all paces.

👟 Holland Wee Chase (Kids Race) | Ages 4–8

Holland Wee Chase Presented by National Heritage Academies

A fun, fully supervised kids race with three age-based groups:

• Age 4
• Ages 5–6
• Ages 7–8

Courses are safe, clearly marked, and supported by police and volunteers in and around Centennial Park and Central Ave (closed to traffic).
