Waiver of Liability Consent I hereby acknowledge and understand the potential risks and hazards associated with Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva organized by Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore. In consideration of being allowed to participate in Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva, I willingly agree to waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or suits of any kind against Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Released Parties") arising from or in connection with my participation in Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva. 

I understand that Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and even death. I fully comprehend the potential dangers involved and accept sole responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva. 

I hereby release, discharge, and forever hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action, demands, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with my participation in Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva. This waiver of liability includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from the negligence, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct of the Released Parties. 

I further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims, demands, or suits brought against them by any third party arising from or in connection with my participation in Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva. This indemnification shall include the payment of all damages, costs, and expenses incurred by the Released Parties, including reasonable attorneys' fees. 

I declare that I am of legal age and have read this waiver of liability consent in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily and willingly sign this document, assuming all risks and responsibilities associated with my participation in Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva.
