About Us
The Autism Society of Texas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families. Through advocacy, education, and support, they offer a range of critical programs, including training for caregivers and educators, adult recreational activities, and the Navigating Autism program, which helps individuals and families navigate the challenges that come with autism. Their mission is to create a more inclusive, accepting community where individuals with autism can thrive.
Spark Learning is a local Austin-based pediatric therapy center & preschool that specializes in ABA therapy, speech therapy, and an inclusive child development program for children with autism since 2012. At Spark Learning, our playgrounds are essential spaces for children to explore, play, and develop important social, creative and physical skills in a safe, inclusive environment. We are committed to making improvements to the playgrounds at both of our locations to ensure they provide even more engaging and therapeutic experiences. By enhancing the equipment and layout, we aim to create dynamic play spaces that support physical activity, sensory development, and peer interaction. These improvements will enrich the learning experience, helping children build confidence, strengthen friendships, and further their overall development in a setting designed specifically for their needs.
