Race Director Notes
Caesar Creek (Sink or Swim)-Race Director Notes
The races will begin near the Fifty Springs Group Camp. For directions, enter Fifty Springs Group Camp, Caesar Creek State Park, in Google Maps. It is situated off Center Road. The start/finish area is at one of the group camps.
We are hosting several events: a 5K, 10K, 15K, 6 Hours of Power, and a Half Marathon. Registration opens at 9:00 AM, and all events start at 10:00 AM. You don't need to arrive early, as we have an efficient system for processing participants. We recommend arriving around 9:15 AM for convenience. Ample free parking, plus portable toilets and flush restrooms, are available at the start/finish area.
Race Distances:
- The 5K consists of one loop.
- The 10K consists of one loop.
- The 15K is one loop of the 5K followed by one loop of the 10K.
- The Half Marathon consists of one loop with an out-and-back section.
The routes are not actual loops, but we refer to each segment as a loop.
Please note that the routes may appear to be different distances in the GPX files, but they're close to the advertised distances.
All race routes are mainly singletrack trails that wind by the lake through a dense forest. The trails can get extremely muddy after a rain. We recommend bringing a change of clothes and wearing trail shoes.
All participants will receive a custom race bib, a souvenir race medal, a custom race lanyard, a race-specific sticker, a marked course, an official time, aid station support, and refreshments at the finish.
You can purchase race shirts in the race store, and they ship via Amazon Prime to the address on file. Shirts arrive in 5-7 days. You do not pick up race shirts at the event.
We will post race results on www.wolfpackresults.com by Sunday at 12:00 PM. Although there will be no awards ceremony, we will email on Tuesday to announce the weekend's winners and news about the coming weekend's events. Those who break course records will earn a coveted Wolf Pack Yellow Jersey, and each event winner will be entered into a drawing for a 2027 Pack Pass and a personalized Wolf Pack shirt.
Races take place rain or shine. If we need to cancel the event for any reason, we will notify participants through our website (www.wolfpacktrailruns.com), Instagram, our Strava page, and email. For more information, please contact us at info@wpackevents.com.
