Trillium — A Women’s Only Triathlon and Duathlon
Since 2005, this women’s only event has focused on empowering the competitive spirit in all women. Trillium is designed for women of all ages and athletic ability — whether new to multi-sport, a casual swimmer/biker/runner, or an experienced athlete. This weekend is all about you.
RACE OPTIONS
- Triathlon → 400 Meter Swim, 11 Mile Bike, 5K (3.1 mile) Run
- Duathlon → 1 Mile Run, 11 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run
- Triathlon Relay → 3 Member team where the first person swims, the second person bikes and the third person runs
- Duathlon Relay → 2 Member team where one person does both runs and the second person bikes
Triathlon Time Trial Start → Start two-at-a-time on the steps of the Centennial Quarry

This is a USAT Sanctioned race which means that this race meets the strict safety, insurance, and fairness standards set by the national governing body for Triathlons and Duathlons.
USA Triathlon is proud to serve as the National Governing Body for triathlon, as well as Duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, and more. Founded in 1982, USA Triathlon sanctions more than 3,500 events and races a year.
