My Impossible: Mount Kilimanjaro Countdown!
The Challenge
During the week of Sept 8–13, F3 brother Jeff Harmon (F3 Hei Hei) will attempt to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair—supported by a 30-person team. Together, they’ll climb 13,200 feet from the gate to the roof of Africa.
While they climb, F3 Nation climbs too—alongside them in spirit, step for step.
We’re also opening the challenge to family, friends, and supporters who want to join the mission and experience the power of doing something hard together.
How it Works
This is a virtual challenge. You can participate from anywhere in the world. Over 6 days, you’ll aim to complete 13,200 feet of elevation gain—matching Jeff’s ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro.
You choose how:
Hill repeats, stair climbs, treadmill inclines, hiking, rucking, running—anything that gains elevation under your own power.
Register as an individual or as part of a team (your F3 AO, region, or family group). Log your elevation each day compete on the national leaderboard.
The Mission of My Impossible
At My Impossible, our mission is to inspire and support people with visible and invisible disabilities to take on and realize their own “impossibles” through powerful storytelling, community activation, and practical support.
Funds raised through this challenge will help complete the My Impossible documentary—a film telling the story of Jeff Harmon’s attempt to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in a wheelchair, and the team who made it possible.
This isn’t just Jeff’s story—it’s the story of what happens when you live on purpose no matter the limit placed in your way.
Your support will fund on-the-mountain filming, post-production, and distribution—so the world can see what we already know: shared struggle builds real strength.
Help us bring this story to life. Help us share what happens when men carry each other.
