Join us for a fun and meaningful race at the Starmount High School cross country course! This chip-timed run/walk is perfect for school-age kids, families, and youth groups to train together and cross the finish line in support of moms in need. All proceeds go to Compassion Care Center, helping raise awareness and provide free, life-affirming services to our community. Let’s run with purpose—because every step makes a difference!

The Run With Compassion 5K Run/Walk is a chip-timed race that takes place at Starmount High School Cross Country Course (2516 Longtown Road, Boonville, NC).

The Pastor Dash – Is Your Pastor Faster?

This year’s Run With Compassion 5K Run/Walk comes with an extra burst of fun – the Pastor Dash! We’re inviting pastors from local churches to go head-to-head in a lighthearted sprint to see who takes home the title of “Fastest Pastor.”

It’s a short race, but it’s sure to bring big laughs, friendly competition, and a great opportunity for our community to cheer on the leaders who inspire us every week.

Pastors – we need you on the starting line! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the fun. Lace up, bring your church family to cheer you on, and let’s find out once and for all… Is Your Pastor Faster?

Race Day Schedule (11/15/2025):
7:00-8:30am - Race Day registration and packet pickup continues at Starmount High School (2516 Longtown Road, Boonville, NC)
8:15am - Fun Run/Pastor Dash Start
9:00am - 5K Start
9:55am - Awards Ceremony

Participants age 15 and under get $5 off on all prices

Group Rate 12 or more runners $15 discount per runner; contact the race for more info using contact button below.
