Jogging Strollers and Pets are allowed with three caveats.  First, you must take full responsibility for them - meaning if someone gets injured because they get their heal clipped by your stroller then you are liable, not the race or high school or cross country team.  Second, it is muddy many years. So expect your stroller to get stuck.  Third, the Mile Fun Run and the 5K are both run on a 6 foot wide trail and we have a LOT of people. So use courtesy if you decide to bring a stroller or pet.
