Rolling Start by distance. Swimmers will head to the right from the boat ramp. Actual course may vary on race day due to water levels, but will be explained at the pre-race athlete meeting before the swim.

Sprint Bike Course, Olympic does 2 loops
Super Sprint Run
Super Sprint stays on the road, out and back, turns around at the aid station
5k & Sprint Run, 10k & Olympic does two loops
Mix of trail and road.
