$30 before race day; $45 race day
$25 NDP alumnae and Faculty/Staff; $30 race day - discount will apply at checkout
$25 NDP student
A portion of the registration fee will go toward covering the cost of the official race t-shirt. There are no refunds or transfers of registration fees permitted for this event.

*NDP student packet pick up will occur during the school day and will include all known family members packets.
Race Day
Onsite beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Course:
For safety of all participants, no bicycles, roller skates, rollerblades or dogs allowed at the race. Strollers and baby joggers may only be used in the 1-mile walk.
Course map provided for general guidance only. Route subject to change. Follow all directional signage and instructions from race staff during event.
Awards:
Awards will be given to top overall male/female finishers as well as the top three male and female runners in each of the following age group categories: 10 and under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50 - 59, and 60 and over.
Amenities:
All pre-registered entrants will receive a Blazer Dash T-shirt. Sizes subject to availability, first come, first serve; race timing by TCR Event Management, results posted on Runsignup.com; post-race food.

The Finish Line Festival is a celebration of Blazer Dash that includes food, music and activities for families.
Event Guidelines:
Please no baby joggers (in the 5K), strollers, roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, pets or headphones allowed on the race course. Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. DO NOT exchange or give your number to another participant.
Beneficiary:
Notre Dame Preparatory School's Blazer Dash Scholarship Run started in 1997 to benefit the endowed funds at NDP. Memorial and scholarship funds have been established to honor those special to the NDP community. Through the generosity of donors, scholarship grants are made available to deserving Notre Dame students.
A portion of your race fee covers the cost of your race t-shirt, and the remaining proceeds directly contribute to our various scholarship funds, helping students achieve their educational goals.

What is Blazer Dash?
Blazer Dash is an annual fundraiser to support family scholarship funds and tuition assistance at NDP.
Is this event for alumnae only?
No, the event welcomes alums, students, families and friends of the NDP community, as well as the larger Baltimore running community.

5K begins at 8:30 am

Where does Blazer Dash take place?
Blazer Dash starts & ends on the campus of Notre Dame Prep at 815 Hampton Lane. Check out the course map on the main page.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! There is free parking at Notre Dame Prep, 815 Hampton Lane, and free overflow parking at 1108 Providence Road at the Auxiliary Lot. Take the walking path, located off the upper parking lot, down to Blazer Dash starting line in front of the school.
Is there a pre-race pick up?
Yes! All packets must be picked up in advance at NDP.
Student packet pickup will happen during school hours, and students will be able to pick up packets for their parents and siblings.
Packets will be available to the general public for pickup:
Wednesday, September 24 3-5pm
Thursday, September 25 3-5pm
Can I pick up my packet on the day of the race?
On race day, come to the NDP Dining Room. Day of race packets will be ready for pick up from 6:00 am – 7:45 am.
Can someone else pick up my packet and other members of my family or group?
Absolutely! If someone is picking up your packet, please ensure they have either your confirmation email or a picture of your photo ID (a picture on your phone works great!).
What is provided on the course?
On the 5K course there will be a water stop. At the finish line you can pick up bagels, fruit, granola bars, & more water.
Can I run with my dog?
While we love your fur babies, we do not allow dogs on the course for the safety of our runners.
Are walkers allowed in the 5K?
Walkers are welcome to join the 5K course. All walkers have a special color race bib and will begin at the back of the pack to ensure the runners can maintain their pace. Walkers are also welcome to join the One Mile Fun Run.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, strollers are welcome in the One Mile walk! We simply ask that all children are safely secured in the stroller and remain there throughout the course. There will be a prize for the Best Stroller Squad in the One Mile Walk.
Do the race t-shirts run true to size?
Yes, please order accordingly and make sure to select correct size when registering. Shirts will be limited, and exchanges may not be available.
How long is the Tiny Trotters Trek?
The Tiny Trotters Trek is about 50 yards.
Can I run with my kids in the Tiny Trotters run?
Yes, parents are welcome to join their kids during the kids’ dash.
What are the ages recommended for Tiny Trotters?
We recommend kids ages 2-7 to participate in the kids dash.
Will there be a water stop on the course and snacks at the end of the race?
Yes, all 5K participants will be able to get water from the water stop on the route and at the end of the race there will be fruit, bagels & granola bars for all participants.
When is the last day I can register?
To properly plan for the race, the last day for registration is Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 5PM.
What if I forget my bib on race day?
You are welcomed to run without your bib, but you will not be timed. There will not be replacement bibs on race day.
Can I order just a t-shirt and not participate in the race? If so, what is the cost?
Yes! Please select the option for "just signing up for a t-shirt." If you are a NDP student, you can wear your Race t-shirt on Friday, September 26 for Race Dress Down Day.
What categories receive medals?
There will be first, second and third place for both males and females in the following categories:

Are there any other awards?
Yes, we will give a prize to the Fastest Alum, Fastest Faculty Member (male and female), Most Spirited Runner and Best Stroller Squad.

Yes, there are the awards and the Finish Line Festival immediately following the race activities.
