Make plans to join us Friday evening. DJ music, food vendor and beer garden.  We are adding our Runner Raffles to the Friday Night mix as race day was just too chaotic. Race bibs and pre ordered shirts can be picked up at the Rodeo Fairgrounds located on Dub Campbell Parkway.  Rodeo Grounds are located directly across from the trailhead Start/Finish Line area.

Race Day Parking
Race day parking will be on the Rodeo Fairgrounds in their large parking area (NOT the small overflow lot).  The dirt overflow lot directly across from Trailhead Start/Finish is being reserved for staff/volunteer parking and emergency vehicle staging in the event of an emergency. Parking is free.

Course Logistics & Hydration

Route Markers
Route Markers are a back up to runners knowing the course and/or having it downloaded into your smart watch, Strava or Garmin type app. The course will be marked using a series of colored arrows and pin flags. Runners are encouraged to download route files if they have a Garmin, Strava or Coros type watch that accepts map files.  Email us for a .gpx or .hml file.
IMPORTANT - Runners competing for placed positions are strongly encouaraged to record their run via Strava, Garmin etc in the event there is a timing or route discrepancy. We may consult your recorded run to verify time and route.

Course Marshals
Course Marshals will be dispersed along the race routes as the eyes and ears of the Race Director.  They are there to assist with guidance and directions and to help ensure racers stay safe and on course at key intersections.

Aid Stations & Hydration
Due to the short nature of the courses there will be no hydration or aid stations along the routes.  Runners are encouraged to know their limits, carry plenty of water for the length and duration they plan to run.  In order to eliminate waste or littering this is a cupless event, meaning runners must have their own water bladder or flask for refilling.

Our post race Recovery Zone tent will again be located in the start finish line area will serve as our hydration station and is available for all registered runners. Pop in grab some calories, hyrdration and a chill out in a cold plunge.

First Aid
First aid booth will be located in the Start/Finish line area staffed by Local Community Emergency Response Team volunteers.  Basic first aid only.
