Description
Whether you're running or just wanting to learn the latest trends in wellness within the 225, this event is for you.
Join us for a 5K fun run and walk through the beautiful Rouzan neighborhood, followed by a wellness pop-up experience at The Everly. All proceeds will benefit The Iris Domestic Violence Center of Baton Rouge, supporting survivors and families in our local community.
This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Walkers are welcome.
Event and wellness sessions start at 8am with race starting at 8:45.
Stay after the race and explore our curated wellness experience featuring:
• Local vendors in recovery, fitness, nutrition, and wellness
• Outdoor fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, and HIIT
• Product demos and giveaways
• A showcase of Recoop Wellness recovery tools including the launch of the Ellie Massage Gun
