UMSL 5K Run/Walk

Lace up for the 5th annual UMSL 5K Run/Walk! Hosted by the UMSL Alumni Association, this campus tradition brings together Tritons past and present for a fun race through the heart of the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just enjoying the stroll, it’s the perfect way to reconnect, recharge and show your UMSL pride. See old friends, meet new ones and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

All participants receive a commemorative race t-shirt, a chance to win a medal and other Triton treats and surprises. All are welcome to sign up!

The 2025 UMSL 5K Run/Walk will start and finish on Clark Drive near the UMSL Recreation and Wellness Center. Check-in will take place in Parking Lot C.

The route will travel through the heart of campus with views of Millennium Student Center bridge, the Mark Twain Athletic Complex, the site of the new Richter Family Welcome and Alumni Center and more! Parking will be available in the Woods Hall, J.C. Penney and the Millennium Student Center lots and the south garages.
