Join us for ConnectAbility of MN’s Break the Barrier 5K race/walk, an inclusive race/walk where everyone is welcome and everyone belongs. Whether you're running, walking, rolling, or strolling, this event is about breaking down barriers and building community.

Held in the heart of Minnesota, the Break the Barrier 5K celebrates people of all Abilities coming together in movement and mutual support. This family-friendly event is accessible, fun, and empowering—with routes designed for wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, and all paces.
