We’ve got a cornucopia of race swag at Epic Races… and yes, we’re stuffed.
Every year, we end up with leftover shirts and medals from our races, and rather than let them sit around, we turn it into something fun. Because at Epic Races, we believe in zero-waste events—and let’s be honest, the best part of Thanksgiving is the leftovers.
Welcome to the Virtual Leftovers Run!
This is your chance to claim that awesome shirt or medal you always wanted… with a little element of surprise. You’ll receive a mystery piece (or two!) of Epic swag, then complete your run or walk wherever and whenever you’d like.
Your swag could come from the Kroger A2 Turkey Trot, the Ann Arbor Marathon, the Island Lake Tri, or any number of races we’ve produced over the years. (We’ll have all sizes available—just not in every design.)
And that’s part of the fun… you never quite know what you’re going to get!
So pick your route, set your pace, and give these race-day goodies the finish they deserve. They will arrive in your mailbox just in time for leftovers!

We’ve got a cornucopia of race swag and WE want to have fun getting it to YOU. After all, we love zero-waste races — and the best part of Thanksgiving is the leftovers. Run a 5K and claim your race leftovers!
Now is your chance to claim that awesome shirt or medal you always wanted. It could be from the Kroger A2 Turkey Trot. Or the Ann Arbor Marathon. Or the Island Lake Tri. Or any number of races we’ve held! (Yes, we’ll have all sizes available — just not in every shirt.) The fun part of the leftovers race is you don't necessarily know what you're going to get -- but like Thanksgiving leftovers, it will all be good!
Each participant will receive a 'leftover' shirt, bib and medal from our previous races! On top of that, part of your race fee will go towards Food Gatherers.
