Description
This low key program will guide participants from a base of 2 – 3 miles to a long run of 6 miles. This program typically targets the Annapolis Striders Dawson’s Father’s Day 10K.
We will meet on Tuesday evenings at 6PM and Saturday mornings at 7AM on the B&A Trail at Jones Station.
Program Prerequisites
All participants must be current Annapolis Strider members and be able to run 2-3 miles.
Membership Requirement
Annapolis Striders training classes are a free benefit for members. In order to participate in this training class, you must have a current membership. You may become a member or renew an existing membership online. After signing up as a member (or if you are already a member), you must also register for the training here. Training coaches will not accept membership signups or training registrations in-person at training sessions.
Goals
To complete a 10K (6.2 mile) race.
