Due to circumstances beyond our control, the next Rock x Run 5K will now take place on
Saturday, August 8, 2026.
We remain committed to delivering an unforgettable race experience that uplifts our community and supports a meaningful cause.
If You Already Registered:
You have two options for your 2025 registration:
✅ Option 1: Defer Your Registration to 2026
Keep your spot for the rescheduled race and lock in your current rate—no price increases.
To defer your registration:
👉 Log in to your RunSignup Profile
→ Click Manage Registration
→ Select Defer Registration
(Note: “Defer” may appear at the top or side of the page depending on your layout.)
💰 Option 2: Request a Refund (Minus Fees)
You may request a refund of your registration fee (excluding standard processing fees) no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2025.
To request your refund:
Log in to your RunSignup Profile
Locate your Rock x Run 5K registration
Click Manage Registration
If enabled, click Request Refund
Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Start Time: 9:00am EDT
Early Bird Price: $35.00 Race Fee + Processing Fee
Registration: Price increases to $40.00 after June 19, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT
Virtual Option
Run your 3.1 miles anywhere. Submit your finish time by clicking on the RESULTS tab at the top of this page. Submit finish times no later than 12 noon on August 9. To submit a virtual time you must be registered as a virtual runner.
Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards.
Virtual Registration ends August 9, 2025 at 8 a.m. EDT
