We provide water on the 5K race course only and post-race nutrition at the finish line, but there is *no* nutrition or electrolyte drinks at the water stations on the course. Water stations are near the first mile marker at 43rd Ave / Kennedy (water station 1) and the second mile marker at 40th Ave / Madison (water station 2). Occasionally neighbors along the course will also put out water and other goodies but these are not associated with the race.
Registration ends at noon on the Friday before race day (Friday, October 17). There is race day registration but we strongly recommend you register ahead of time. The lines can be long and we don't guarantee you'll be able to register before your race(s) begin.
