The start and finish lines for all three races (the 1K, 1 mile, and 5K) are in Driskell Park near the community center.

Yes, there will be water stations on the 5K course only.
Registration ends at noon on the Friday before race day (Friday, October 17). There is race day registration but we strongly recommend you register ahead of time. The lines can be long and we don't guarantee you'll be able to register before your race(s) begin.
5K/1K/1M entrants will receive a Hyattsville Zombie Run t-shirt (please see note on size availability below), and each family will receive a goody bag. First-place-finishers in each age category in the 5K and 1M will receive a Zombie Run medal. All registered participants in the 1K Family Fun Run and 1M Kids Run will receive participation Zombie Run dog tags. Finish line food and drink will be available to all racers.
SHIRTS
Our shirts come in adult sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL and youth sizes S, M, and L. The shirts feature this year’s Hyattsville Zombie Run logo, and sponsors are printed on the back. The availability of your t-shirt and your preferred size is not guaranteed as we order shirts well before the race day.
This race starting line is a 20 minute walk from the West Hyattsville metro on the Green Line. Leave the station and walk SOUTH on Hamilton St. and travel 1.1 miles. Turn Right into Driskell Park and follow the signs to the registration/packet pick-up tables.
Parking is available at the Hyattsville Municipal lot across the street from the City Building (4310 Gallatin St, Hyattsville, MD 20781). Carpooling with your runner or walker friends is a great option!
Dogs, skates, or bikes are not allowed on the race course.
Yes! Please note that jogging strollers must start at the back of the pack, for the safety of other runners.
Headphones or any listening devices are not permitted during any of the Hyattsville Zombie Run races. Please stay aware of your surroundings for your safety and the safety of the other Zombies ... err... participants.
