The following policies apply to all PEM Events.

Refunds

• This event has a no refund policy.

Headphones

• The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged at this race. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, we encourage a headphone-free environment during the running of this race.

Bathrooms

• Portable Toilets will be available on site for participants, spectators, and volunteers to utilize.
  • Single-occupancy and ADA compliant facilities with lockable occupant stalls.

Strollers

• If a participant plans on using a stroller, baby jogger, and/or similar device, that participant should start the event in the back of the runners and walkers.
• The reason for this recommendation is that the inclusion of strollers in races increases the potential for injury to race participants and children.
• We do not discourage the safe and prudent use of strollers in individual training situations, but we discourage them in group training runs/programs.

Dogs

• Dogs should not be brought to this event for the safety of all participants and volunteers.
