Kids Happy Feet Summer Camp (7/15-8/5)
Week 1 Tuesday 15th July 6-8pm
- Introductions of coaches.
- Get to know each other games.
- Brief overview of weeks activities.
- Warm up exercises, including dynamic stretches. Drills, A skips etc
- Run
- Cool down & static stretches
Week 2 Tuesday 22nd July 6-8pm
- Meet & Greet. Mobility exercises.
- Warm up. Easy pace, followed by recap yesterday’s dynamic warm up stretches & drills.
- Continuous relay game
- Pack, Pace and Passing Practice
- Cool down & stretch
Week 3 Tuesday 29th July 6-8pm
- Warm up around park, followed by mobility exercises, dynamic stretches and drills.
- An introduction to hill running followed by The Guessing Game including body strength exercises.
- Cool down and stretch.
Week 4 Tuesday 5th August 6-8pm
- Warm up followed by dynamic stretches and drills.
- Treasure Hunt Run
- Strength workout (body weight)
- Mobility and Static stretches followed by award ceeremony, completion certificate and awards
