Fantasy Fest FAQ
Q: What time does Fantasy Fest 5K start?
A: The Run/Walk will start at 6:00 PM EDT.
Q: Where does it take place?
A: The start line is located just outside of the Tiki House Key West

Q: Where can I get my results?
A: Results will be available via social media and the website after the race by clicking HERE. You can also scan the QR code on your race bib
Q: Where do I pick up my packet the day before the race?
A: Sunday, October 19,10-12PM at Fit2Run Key West

Q: Where do I pick up my packet on Race Race Day
A: Monday,October 20, 4:30-6PM at the Tiki House Key West

Q: Where are the water stations?
A: One water station will be located approximately halfway through the course.
Q: What are the award divisions?
A: Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female prizes will be awarded for those who participate in the live event. There are no age group awards, but there are downloadable finisher certificates via the results.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No! Bring the whole family!
Q: Are strollers and/or dogs permitted?
A: Dogs are not allowed on the course for safety reasons. Strollers are permitted but must start in the last corral for safety reasons.
Q: May walkers participate?
A: Yes! There is a 20 minute/mile minimum pace on the course.
Q: Can I pick up a packet for a friend?
A: Yes! You can pick-up a packet for a friend - just be sure to let your friend know that you are doing it prior to packet pick-up!
Q: I have a friend who cannot participate in the event. Can I take his/her place?
A: Each participant must have his/her own registration. In the event of an emergency, race officials must have emergency contact information on hand, therefore, you are NOT allowed to participate using someone else's registration. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
Q: Can I get a refund or transfer?
A: There are no refunds or transfer for Fantasy Fest 5k.
Q. How do I log My Virtual Results?
A. Seet the steps below

Navigate to the race's RunSignup race page > and select the Result tab > then select Submit Virtual Results.

Change the results Dropdown to the "Virtual Race" and click the "+" sign in the upper right corner

Next search for your registration either by first and last name or by email address and DOB.

IMPORTANT: If you have your Profile set as anonymous (which you can check, as explained here), then you will not be able to find yourself in this search. You can use the instructions in the following section for "Submit Virtual Results From Your RunSignup Profile" in order to submit results while remaining anonymous.
