5k Run

Race Village, Start, and Finish: Proesel Park, 7055 N. Kostner Avenue (near Proesel Park Family Aquatic Center)

The 5K and 10K courses will be marked on the road and with signs along the route.

All pre-registered runners and walkers will receive a long-sleeve running shirt. (Adult shirts are designed by men’s sizes.) Lincolnwood Turkey Trot finisher medals will be awarded to all registered runners and walkers who cross the finish line.

Overall winners will be awarded by the gun time start, and age division winners will be awarded off of the chip time. Race medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each distance, age division, and male and female. Additionally, awards will be given to top male and female Lincolnwood resident finishers in each distance, and top male and female overall winners in each distance.

Packet pick-up will be held at the Lincolnwood Community Center (4170 Morse Ave, Lincolnwood, IL 60712) as follows:

Friday, November 21: 7 am - 5 pm
Saturday, November 22: 9 am - 1 pm
Sunday, November 23 (Race Day): 6:30 am in the race village near Proesel Park Family Aquatic Center

Early packet pickup is strongly encouraged. Packets will include a Turkey Trot long-sleeved shirt, race bib, and pins.

Packet pickup for fellow runners is allowed. For groups of four or more runners, please write down each name in your party to assist staff. Shirt sizes may be exchanged following the race.

Drumstick Dash

The Drumstick Dash is a half-mile race for children six years old and younger.

Children younger than five years old must be accompanied by a guardian (14+). Guardians are not required to register for the race, but all children participating in the race must be paid and registered.

All pre-registered trotters will receive a long-sleeved shirt, finisher medal, and goody bag.
