This Virtual Challenge is designed to keep things fun, flexible, and motivating by including a wide range of activities. To complete the challenge, you’ll explore 10 unique activity categories, each contributing toward your results.
It’s not just about running, biking, or swimming (though those are included) — you’ll also get credit for activities like rock climbing, ball and racket sports, strength training, hiking, and even everyday efforts like housework and yard work. The goal is to recognize all the ways you stay active, whether indoors, outdoors, at the gym, or at home.
