Lightning in the area is the only weather event that would change our schedule. We would normally delay the start until the storm has passed.
No, dogs and baby joggers are not allowed on the course.
You can transfer events anytime before the race starts. The Transfer Event option can be found by logging on to RunSignup, navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event. We can also transfer the event for you during Check In at Packet Pick Up.
Once the race starts, no event changes are allowed. If you decide to run a shorter distance after starting, please let the timers know so they can flag your results as Did Not Finish.
The 8K Trail Run has a time limit of 2 hours. That is a 24 minute/mile pace.
Yes, you may pick up mulitiple packets for friends and family.

All finishers of both the 3K Trail Hike and the 8K Trail Run will receive a finisher medal.
3K Awards: No awards. This is a non-competitive fitness event.
8K Awards: 1st Overall male and female and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female in each 10 yr. age group.
