To benefit "The Harold and Louise Tinsley Scholarship Fund"
The purpose of the Fund is to award scholarships to outstanding high school graduates who are members of the Huntsville Track Club and intend to pursue running on an intercollegiate level, as a member of either a track or cross-country team, through enrolling in a college or university of their choice.
