Our Annual Bishop's 5k that aims to support those in need, rally the community, and have some fun!
Whether you're a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or someone who just wants to enjoy a stroll with friends and family, everyone is welcome.
When we come together, we become a beacon of hope for our neighbors in need. Let’s make this year’s Bishop’s 5K a celebration of strength, service, and shared humanity.

Where are the proceeds going?
All proceeds from the Bishop’s 5K directly support Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Wilmington, which has been serving our community with compassion and dignity for over 190 years. Your generosity FUELS:
- Emergency food and shelter for individuals and families in crisis
- Financial assistance for rent, utilities, and basic living expenses
- Maternity care and housing through Bayard House
- Affordable housing for low-income seniors
- A diabetes prevention program to support healthier futures
- Job training and financial literacy programs
...And so much more across Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore!

Bib Pick Up and Registration
Saturday, November 22nd at Saint Mark's High School
8:00am - 8:50am (5K starts at 9:00am)
*Same day registration available for $45 from 8:00am -8:50am.
Child/Student Pricing
All children/students aged 18 and under are $18 until October 1st! Price will then increase to $25.

Diocesan Catholic School Challenge
SHOW YOUR SCHOOL SPIRIT BY BUILDING THE BIGGEST TEAM!
The diocesan school with the most pre-registered participants, including family and friends, by midnight on Friday, November 22 will win a cash prize!
1st Place - $1,000
2nd Place - $500
3rd Place - $250
When you register, join the existing team for your school. Each team needs 15 supporters from the school to qualify.
