Yes, all 15K Trail Run participants need to complete the course in 3 1/2 hours. This is a 22.5 minute/mile pace.

Yes, the Redwood Shelter has restrooms available.
T-shirt sizes will be guaranteed for all registrants who sign up by October 19, 2026. After that date, T-shirt sizes will then be given on a first-come-first-serve basis until we run out of shirts.
Finisher medals will be given to both the 5K and 15K Trail Runs. Again, register by October 19, 2026 to guarantee a finisher medal.
Yes, your may register on Race Day. The registration fee increases on Race Day, so save some money and register earlier.
