Get ready for a sun-soaked adventure and a fantastic mid-season challenge with our 13th Annual Dog Days 5K, 10K & Half Marathon, benefiting Lifeline Puppy Rescue! Held in a central location between Denver and Boulder, our courses wind northeast along the scenic Big Dry Creek Trail. As you run, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Flatirons on the horizon. Our trail is perfect for dogs, featuring a generous amount of soft surface along the 10K and half marathon routes. Plus, we have a special dog division to award the fastest pups at each distance and a dog-themed costume contest for extra fun! And continue the challenge by participating in the endless series counterpart, Fa La La, in December
We love dogs and especially at this event, we love our dog athletes! We will have a separate dog division for each distance, with the top 3 finishing dogs receiving a medal, award, and prize. You will need to register your dog to run with you the morning of the event.

Lifeline Puppy Rescue is a true and 100 percent no-kill shelter. They keep every puppy until they find a home and their vision is to create a world where every puppy has the safety of home and every family has the love of a puppy. Lifeline rescues puppies and mom dogs from 5 states in the Rocky Mountain Region, from a network of 33 shelters and rescue groups, particularly in small towns and rural areas, to prevent euthanasia and has saved over 55,000 lives. Your donation will go a long way to saving these puppies!
