Refund Policy and Public Health
REFUND POLICY: all entry fees are non-refundable. When you register for this event, you are making a non-refundable purchasing decision and must agree to this policy. You may not give or sell your number to another individual outside of the authorized transfer policy and process - if you do, this will result in disqualification and banishment from this event. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, illness, pregnancy, etc. Once you register, unrecoverable race course services and items are paid for for you as if you will be attending the event.
DEFERRAL and TRANSFER POLICY: For a $10 fee, participants can modify their registration to defer to the 2025 edition of the event. Deferrals are for one year only. Please follow the links in your registration materials to edit your specific registration. Deferrals must be completed by April 5, 2024. For a $10 fee, participants may transfer their registration from the 2024 TMC Earth Day 5k to the June 1, 2024 TMC Meet Me Downtown 5k. Please follow the links in your registration materials to edit your specific registration. Transfers must be completed by April 5, 2024.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide for race weekend withdrawals, deferrals or transfers.
PREGNANCY POLICY: If you pregnancy is causing health issues that precludes you from being able to participate, contact tia@runtucson.net.
PUBLIC HEALTH: This event takes place on University of Arizona property and follows University protocols. In 2024, there are no limitations on the event.
