Why We Run

This isn’t just a race—it’s a chance to make a difference in young children's lives. 

The Delta Sigma chapter of Kappa Delta each year raises funds for Prevent Child Abuse America and Penelope’s House. Eighty percent of proceeds from our 5k event will stay local to support Penelope’s House, while the remaining twenty percent will benefit our national partner, Prevent Child Abuse America. We are so excited to see our campus and community come together in support of this incredible cause.
