Ann's 5K Run & Walk for Life

Join us for the 3rd Annual 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run for Life! A fun and fast 5K, the race will start & finish at Ann’s New Life Center and run through the neighborhood streets. Enjoy spectacular views running beside Logan Martin Lake.

There will be an option this year to get performance shirts for a small extra fee if you so desire; otherwise, shirts will be regular cotton t-shirts.
Shirt choice and size is guaranteed to those who Pre-Register by September 1st.

Post race there will be an awards ceremony, door prizes, and refreshments available for purchase.

Schedule

7:00 AM – Race Day Registration begins
8:00 AM – 5K Run Starts
9:15 AM – 1 mile fun run starts
9:45 AM – Awards Ceremony

Award Structure

5K – Top 3 Overall Male & Female; Top Masters Male & Female. Top 3 finishers in each of the following age categories (male & female): 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

1 Mile Fun Run – All finishers will receive a medal.

Course

This year, for the first time, our 5K course has been certified by USATF. Certification #AL25016JE. 
Also this year, the 1 mile fun run will be a loop course (rather than out and back) that will start & finish at Ann’s New Life Center.

Ann's 5K Run & Walk For Life benefits Ann's New Life Center which is a non-profit pregnancy help ministry that provides free pregnancy testing, confirmation ultrasounds, prenatal and parenting classes, and baby supplies. Located in Cropwell, Alabama, our focus is on women who need support, whether that's emotional or physical, so that they have the information, supplies, and love they need to have a peaceful pregnancy and hope for the future.
