Refund Policy
Willow Running allows for refunds up to 60 days ahead of the races (minus a $5.00 fee).From 60 days to 14 days ahead of the race, Willow Running allows for transfers to other participants, transfers to other Willow Running races, or virtual options (with a small additional fee for shipping).
Willow Running does not allow refunds, transfers or deferments less than 14 days prior to the races. We will allow for transfer to the virtual option of the same race if notified before the race starts with a small additional fee for shipping.
We do not guarantee shirts that are not picked up by the start of the races.
