Race Day Instructions

Thank you for registering to the annual
4 on the 4th Run to the Top. 

Please make sure you read the entire email,
you will find all race day details below. 

Event Schedule
5:00 am Park opens
(White Tank has as $7.00 fee per car)
5:05 am Registration opens
5:25 am Shuttle Starts
5:45 am Last shuttle to the starting line
(Please do not wait until last bus ride)
6:00 am Race starts
We will have one yellow school bus with 56 seats.

There are 80 participants please plan accordingly

You may be dropped off by someone else at the starting line.

Finish Line
The finish line is located at the group camp site. 
After you enter the park, drive about 3 miles and
turn left on W Open Sky Way 
(Look for the GROUP CAMPSITE signage)

Parking
Everyone needs to park at the finish line.  
You will pick up your bib, event t-shirt and popcorn there, then you will take the shuttle to the starting line.

Start line
There will not be any water refill stations at the start line please make sure to fill up water bottles/ hydration packs at the finish line.
There are restrooms at a jogging distance about 100 yards from the start line.

We will have 2 water stations along the course.
The first water station will be just after mile 2, second water station will be around mile 3.


We strongly suggest for you to run with a hydration pack or with a handheld water bottle as this is a CUP-LESS event.

Awards
Please check monitors for your results before the award ceremony. If you time is missing, please let someone know before the awards. 

 

Awards will be given to the top
4 overall Male and Female.
Age group awards will be given only to the 4th place in the following age groups. 
19 and Under
20 to 39
40 to 49
50 to 59
60 and over

Swag
Participants will get the shirt size they selected.
Any exchanges will be done after the event and upon availability. 

The Queen's Corn
Participants will get one bag of popcorn.  Additional bags are available for sale after the event.  $8.00 cash only.
