The Autism Project offers family support, social groups for children, teens, and adults and summer camp for individuals across Rhode Island, as well as professional and educational training on an international level. The Autism Project (TAP) is excited to continue our partnership with the Doug Flutie Foundation by participating in the Flutie 5k for Autism! TAP offers an array of programs and services to our community, including social skill building groups and summer camp for children, teens, and adults, daily support services for families and caregivers, respite coordination, and professional training for corporate, public safety, and educational organizations to better the lives of people with autism and those who are affected by autism. Who We Are: The Autism Project is a unique collaboration of parents, professionals, autistic individuals, and community members serving Rhode Island since 1997. We get it because we live it - we're a neurodiverse group providing support, education, and strategies for families and organizations. Why We're Here: TAP creates communities that thrive on connection, learning, and joy. The Flutie 5K embodies our mission of bringing people together to celebrate neurodiversity and support one another.
