Refund Policy
If the event is cancelled for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all participants will automatically be registered for the next years event, no refunds will be issued. If a participant needs to withdraw from the event a minimum of two weeks prior to the event, they may defer to next years event for a $10 transaction fee. You must contact prior to withdrawing to take advantage of this defferal method. There are no refunds or deferrals for withdrawing less than two weeks prior to the event.
